MM3D Daily Drawing 22

From now until Nintendo gives us an update about Majora's Mask 3D, I will sketch (and try to color) one character from the game each day. They are picked at random using a random generator that I put the entire list of characters into.

Today is Toto, manager of the Zora band, the Indigo-Go's. He tells you how to play one their old hits, called the "Ballad of the Wind Fish" and yet the song doesn't really sound like the song from Link's Awakening... I wonder why not... maybe those notes aren't playable on Link's ocarina?
